The high voltage is easy to cause danger, damager of batteries and uneven charging of different single batteries.

It is a high voltage circuit when unused, so it is not safe.

If a single battery in the battery pack is damaged, it will cause self-ignition.
If the BMS fails, it will cause short circuit and fire.

Risks of high-voltage serial- connected charging

Taking 100 groups connected in series as an example, the voltage reaches up to

420V, which has high risk of electric shock.

Problems & risks of the charging modes for electric vehicles at this stage(BMS):

  1. The voltage of single battery in series is not even; 


  2. Ultra high voltage charging mode is used for fast charging at this stage which damages the core. 


  3. The circuit is under high voltage normally – self-discharging is easy to cause danger, i.e.: the car catches fire by itself when parked in garage.
 

  4. At the current stage, the battery protector-BMS-is easy to suffer short circuit, which causes combustion. 


  5. At the current stage, charging in series mode will cause the uneven consumption of single battery. 


  6. At the current stage, the common high-voltage fast charging technique can not get the battery 100% charged, and it can only get it 80% charged.


  7. The common battery pack for the automobile can not use the coil wireless charging technique in the market at the current stage.

The groups can be connected in parallel for charging.

The contacts are simple and can be unified.

It is safe when unused.

Not connected in series means the single battery is not assembled, and there will be no self-ignition risk when parked in the garage.

The groups (with 30 batteries connected in parallel) can be used separately for charging at the same time.

The damage of a single battery will not affect the function of other batteries

It is easy to be maintained, assembled or dismantled.

Under the state of traditional serial connection, the battery pack will fail in the case that single battery damages. However, with this combination, we only need to replace the damaged group.

  1. The battery can be charged from 0% (completely no power) to 100% (fully charged) within 6-10 minutes at most. 


  2. Our technique can make the battery pack as safe as the single batterywhen unused.


  3. Our special protection design does not need to rely on BMS, so there will be no risk of short circuit caused by BMS.


  4. Independent charging can even the voltage of single battery, which enable the same service life of different cores. 


  5. Our fast charging technique can make the vehicles fully charged, and realize 100% charging effect. 


  6. Our technique can match and be applicable for the current wireless charging coil technique, without the need to develop special mode.
